1. Overview

This policy explains how fees paid to Flight Path Academy for our GDS & Amadeus courses are handled if you cancel your admission or if we change a course. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

2. Registration fee

The registration fee is charged to confirm your seat and cover admission processing. Once paid, it is not refundable.

3. If you cancel your admission

Course fees are treated as follows:

• If you cancel within 7 days of paying and before attending your first class, we will refund the course fee you paid, less the registration fee and any payment gateway charges.
• If you cancel after attending your first class, or more than 7 days after paying, the course fee is not refundable.
• Within 30 days of admission you may ask to move once to a later batch of the same course, subject to seat availability and at no extra charge.

4. If we cancel or reschedule a course

If we cancel your batch or course, you can choose one of two options:

• move to another batch or course without paying any additional fee, or
• get a full refund of the fees you paid for that course, including the registration fee.

5. Duplicate or incorrect payments

If you were charged twice or paid more than the amount due, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

6. Third-party fees

Fees paid to outside bodies for examinations, certifications or software access are not refundable once they have been paid to that body.

7. After you complete the course

Once you have completed the course, fees are not refundable.

8. How to request a refund

Email info@flightacademy.in or call 8178536024. Please share your full name, course and batch, payment receipt and the reason for your request. We will reply within 3 working days.

9. How long refunds take

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the amount in your account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies.
